Emery Telcom and Video, LLC announced the finalization of the asset purchase of Precis Communications, LLC on Monday, February 2.

ETV management vocalized their excitement about the prospect of providing the best possible products and service to the citizens of Carbon, Emery, Grand and San Juan County.

“We plan to consolidate the phone and cable plants so we can offer one superior product,” said ETV Cable Manager Ryan Sharp.

ETV, on December 2, 2008, signed a definitive asset purchase agreement to the cable television systems of Precis Communications that are located in Carbon County (Price, Helper, Wellington), East Carbon, Sunnyside, Emery County (Castle Dale, Huntington, Orangeville, Ferron), Grand County (Moab), and San Juan County (Monticello, and Blanding), Utah.
